On that, last weekend I'd planned on going to the beach with my brother. Instead, we ended up helping my nana empty out my uncle's old house. The same place we spent every easter and christmas and thanksgiving, my aunt is selling. She can't maintain it while she stays up north and nana doesn't want to move there. The place... didn't look so different, but I went through every room just to be sure. Too many pictures, and I made sure to look at them all. Maybe I'll scan them someday. It's not easy seeing that place go.
